No. Badges will not be mailed in advance. All badges should be picked up at the self-registration counters in the lobby of Hall D at the Dallas Convention Center. Please bring your email confirmation and bar code.
Registration for the exposition includes attendance at all of the education programming offered at the International Dairy Show.
No. IDFA encourages attendees to experience the full offerings of the International Dairy Show including education, exhibits, on-floor demonstrations and networking events.
Yes, students are eligible for complimentary registration. Proper ID will be required. Please be prepared to show ID when picking up badge onsite. Government employees are able to get a discounted rate of $75.
Yes. You can purchase tickets onsite at any of the registration counters. We recommend you purchase tickets early to ensure that space is available.
IDFA has secured housing at the following hotels:

- Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion
- Sheraton Dallas
- Westin City Center
The Headquarter hotels are Sheraton Dallas and Hyatt Regency Dallas. Do not contact the hotel directly, please book your housing online.

To receive a refund for payment of registration or tickets, notification must be received in writing no later than August 6, 2010. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Any registration received after August 6, 2010 is non-refundable, but substitutions will be allowed.
Yes. Shuttle bus service will be provided from all hotels official hotels. A schedule will soon be available on www.dairyshow.com under attendee services.
This show is for processors, packagers, marketers and research & developers of dairy foods and beverages. The exhibit floor is full of technology, equipment, ingredients and services for the industry to produce and market safe and affordable food products. Although some exhibitors do offer samples, this is not specifically a food show.
