A two-part tasting experience featuring North American artisan cheeses, paired with fine wines and craft beers to showcase some of the best artisan products of the region and from coast-to-coast. These will be fun presentations featuring David Phillips of Cheese & Cheers. You'll learn a thing or two, but there will not be a quiz. Five great North American cheeses will be paired with five wines from the best regions in the U.S. We've come a long way, baby!
