EVENT SPONSORSHIPS

The following sponsorship opportunities have been created to offer your company increased exposure to the International Dairy Show audience. Because sponsors make it possible to provide essential services and events to attendees, all sponsors will receive the recognition benefits listed below in addition to those unique to each opportunity.

• Sponsor recognition alongside the event/ service listing when promoted in official promotional print pieces or in electronic communications

• Acknowledgement as the Official Sponsor of the event/service in the Program & Exhibit Guide

• Sponsor’s logo with a link to corporate web site from the International Dairy Show Sponsor page

• Acknowledgement in the Sponsor ‘thank you’ advertisements appearing in the Program & Exhibit Guide, the Show Daily News and Sponsor ‘thank you’ signage onsite

• Complimentary Conference registrations (amount varies per sponsorship)

• Right of first refusal to renew sponsorship for the International Dairy Show 2011.

Opening Reception

Be recognized as the sponsor of the International Dairy Show Opening Reception!  Held at the headquarter hotel and open to all full conference attendees, this reception sets the tone for an exciting event, giving sponsors high level exposure. 

International Reception

Exclusive sponsorship for $12,000

Co-sponsorship (4 available) for  $3,000

Talk to your international audience by sponsoring the always well-attended International Reception.  This reception speaks many languages and gives its attendees the opportunity to network and discuss issues unique to the international marketplace.  Invitations are extended exclusively to international attendees - let your brand be the one they recognize.

Closing Reception

Exclusive sponsorship for $8,000

Co-sponsorship (4 available) at $2,500

The Closing Reception will be held on the exhibit floor.  This relaxed atmosphere brings together attendees to meet & network.  Your logo will be placed on catering and bar signage, drink tickets and more giving sponsors high level exposure. 

Coffee Breaks

$2500 each (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)

All three (3) for $7,000

After the educational sessions end be sure to increase your company's exposure by providing them with coffee compliments of you!  This Includes the opportunity to provide a promotional item to be displayed at the coffee stations which will be located outside of the educational sessions rooms.

Let us help you reach your goals in promoting a reception or hospitality event on or off the show floor.  These networking events can be promoted with the program and are the perfect opportunity to reach your targeted audience.

 Super Sessions

$5,000 each (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)

IDFA plans, promotes and executes a series of “Super Sessions” each highlighting hot topics for 2010 and beyond. This sponsorship offers your company the chance to tie into a technology relevant to your success while opening the door to your customer market. Extensive pre-show exposure and sponsor acknowledgement from the podium.   Your logo will be on session signage as well.

The International Dairy Show's robust education offers a variety of sessions.  From Food Safety, Consumer Trends, Sustainability and more this sponsorship offers your company the ability to promote your brand to attendees interested in your area of expertise.

Convention Item/Services Sponsorships

IDFA Conference Bags

Exclusive Sponsorship $10,000

Be sure to get maximum exposure as these items will be distributed from the IDFA booth and your company booth.  The bags will feature your company logo along with the show logo and will include the opportunity to add a promotional item or brochure in each bag.

Lanyards

Exclusive sponsorship for $10,000

Co-sponsorships (2 available) for $6,000

Hang your company name/ logo around the neck of every conference attendee! As the Badge Lanyard sponsor, your logo will be imprinted on the badge lanyard available to every conference attendee and participant.

Internet Café & Lounge

Exclusive sponsorship $15,000

Located on the exhibit floor, the always busy café offers attendees a spot to sit down, relax and enjoy free internet access. As the sponsor your company has the opportunity to highlight its product and services while providing a useful service for attendees. This opportunity will provide the sponsor convention-wide exposure and a platform on which to leverage its marketing message.

Convention Notepads

Exclusive sponsorship available for $5,000

Produced by IDFA have your company name, booth number and artwork printed on these unique conference items.  Notepads will be distributed in the educational sessions throughout the convention.  Let your logo and booth number be noticed by attendees before they even hit the show floor.

Convention Pens

Exclusive sponsorship available for $4,000

Produced by IDFA have your company name/logo and booth number printed on these unique conference items.  Not only is this a great way to get noticed by attendees before they enter the exhibit hall, chances are they will continue to use your pen long after the show is over.

 International Business Center

Exclusive sponsorship available for $10,000

The International Business Center assists all international delegates at the show. This center provides translators, meeting rooms, electronic import/export matching and a lounge area. As the sponsor, your logo will be incorporated in the design of the structure and your promotional materials may be placed throughout the ITC and your logo/screensaver will be on all of the computers.

Press Room & Press Reception

Exclusive sponsorship available for $5,000

You can reach over 100 domestic/international press expected at the International Dairy Show by sponsoring the Press Room. Garner maximum exposure to the press and showcase your new product and/or services. Sponsorship includes the opportunity to distribute promotional item(s) and recognition at the press reception.  There is no better way to reach the food industry press.

On Floor Lounge

$2000 - locations to vary

Let attendees rest their feet thanks to you.  Sponsorship includes small signage in the lounge, opportunity to display a promotional item directing attendees to your booth.
