No, Opening Reception tickets are included with Full Registrations only. The IDFA Opening Reception is Monday, September 19. If you would like to attend, you may add the fee of $75 when registering.



To receive a refund for payment of registration/social event tickets, notification must be received in writing no later than August 12, 2011. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 processing fee. All registrations received after August 12, 2011, are non-refundable, but substitutions will be allowed.



Yes. Shuttle bus service will be provided from all hotels in the block. The schedule will be available soon.


The Georgia World Congress Center operates five surface lots and two parking decks on campus managed by AAA Parking. There are over 5,100 parking spaces to make visiting the GWCC convenient for guests. Parking rates are $10 or less for all-day parking. Passes can be purchased online at www.gwcc.com.

Business Casual.



Yes. A coat/luggage check will be available near registration.



Small luggage type carts are permitted and exhibitors can hand carry small items and pop-up displays. No hand trucks or carts are permitted. Refer to the exhibitor manual for additional information.



Cameras may be carried in the exhibit area, but under no circumstances may photographs/videos be taken without expressed authority of the exhibitor concerned in each case. Sketching or drawing machinery or products on display is prohibited.
